Xbox’s Kinect to launch in Ireland on 10th November

Microsoft's Kinect will arrive in Ireland on the 10th November

Microsoft has given an official date for the arrival of the Kinect in Ireland (and the rest of Europe); Wednesday, 10th November. The motion-sensitive accessory for the Xbox 360 will launch with a price-tag of €150, including the Kinect Adventures game, and will have 15 first party titles available for it in the run up to Christmas.

The Irish release is slightly behind the US’s – almost a week in fact – but overall it is not the worst delay the country has had to face in getting a major release.

Microsoft has said it will showcase more of the Kinect at Gamescom 2010 which takes place in Cologne, Germany. This will include details of new games as well as previously unseen levels and features of games already announced.
